Post Jimmy East Sr. Greys(looking for a little help)
I think I asked this once a long time ago. I have an older cocker friend who has helped me out in gamefowl since I was 10 years old. 15 years ago he drove to East side farm, and purchased a trio direct from East Sr. He lost the last of his pure stock last year. To make a things short he is not in the best of health with several bypass operations. He has dreamed of making some grey/redquill cross fowl for many years and never had the opportunity. I have hooked him up with some Redquill blood and now he is planning on traveling back to east side farm for another grey, but I figure I would try to find him one as a surprise and just show up one day and hand it to him. He has helped me out more times than I can count over the years and I am just triing to return the favor. So if anyone has some grey blood from the East side farm to let go of please let me know, his greys was basically a silverback green legged pea combed family, any help with be appreciated thank you fis Dan

Dan,

I got my Grey's outta Missouri and they are from Jimmy East & Fred Erttleman lines....right now I only have a young trio but hope to hatch some chicks in the spring from these Grey's! Nothing for sale right now but you might try Bruce Jones, he is grandson of the late Herman Pinnon and some of his Grey's come from the East line (green legged, pea-combed). Bruce Jones sells hatching eggs on ebay....look for his Pinnon YLH posts and you should find him! If not I'm sure I have his email address somewhere?!?!
